  Park Rules & Policies  

General Rules
  1. Check-In and Check-Out:
    Check-in time is 3:00 PM.
    Check-out time is 11:00 AM.

     

  2. Quiet Hours:
    Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please respect your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum during these times.

     

  3. Speed Limit:
    The speed limit within the park is 10 km/h. Please drive carefully and watch for children and pedestrians.

     

  4. Pets:
    Pets must be kept on a leash at all times. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Pets are not allowed in playground areas or inside rental trailers.

     

  5. Campfires:
    Campfires are permitted in designated fire pits only. Please do not leave campfires unattended and ensure they are fully extinguished before leaving the area.

     

  6. Garbage Disposal:
    Use the provided garbage bins and recycling containers. Do not leave trash outside overnight to avoid attracting wildlife.

RV Rental Policies
  1. Rental Rates:
    Rates for the Sunset Trail and Jay Flight Travel Trailers are as 
    follows:

    Sunset Trail:
    Nightly: $120 HST Included
    Friday and Saturday Night: $220 HST Included
    Long Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Night): $320 HST Included

     Jay Flight:
    Nightly: $100 HST Included
    Friday and Saturday Night: $180 HST Included
    Long Weekend (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Night): $260 HST Included

     

  2. Booking and Payment:
     

    • Standard Reservations: A deposit of 50% of the total rental amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
       

    • Long Weekend and Holiday Reservations: A deposit of 75% of the total rental amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
       

  3. ​Standard Reservation Cancellations:
    • ​Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
       
    • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.
       

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
       

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
       

  4. Long Weekend & Holiday Reservation Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $75 processing fee.
       

    • Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
       

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.
       

  5. Damage Deposit:
    A refundable damage deposit is required for all RV rentals. The
    deposit will be returned after inspection, provided no damage has
    occurred.

     

  6. Occupancy:
    Maximum occupancy for each trailer is six people. No additional tents or RVs are allowed on the rental site.

Seasonal Site Policies
  1. Payment:
    50% of the seasonal site rate is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance due May 1st. For seasonal sites booked after May 1st, 100% of the seasonal site rate is due at the time of booking. Refunds are not provided for early departures.

     

  2. Deposit Policy:

    RV Sites:

    • ​Standard Reservations:
      A deposit of 100% of the total booking amount is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due upon arrival.
       

    • Seasonal Reservations:
      A deposit of 50% of the total seasonal rate is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance is due by May 1st.
       

  3. Standard Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee.
       

    • Cancellations made between 7 to 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a 50% refund.
       

    • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date will not receive a refund.
       

  4. Seasonal Cancellations:

    • Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to May 1st will receive a full refund, minus a $50 processing fee.
       

    • Cancellations made between 14 to 30 days prior to May 1st will receive a 50% refund.
       

    • Cancellations made less than 14 days prior to May 1st will not receive a refund.
       

  5. No-Show Policy:
    Failure to arrive on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not receive a refund.

     

  6. Site Maintenance:
    Seasonal guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and
    appearance of their site. Structures such as decks or sheds are not permitted without prior approval.

     

  7. Winter Storage:
    Site winter storage is available until May. Please ensure all belongings are secured.

  1. Alcohol and Drugs:

    Responsible alcohol consumption is permitted at your site. Public intoxication and illegal drug use are strictly prohibited.
     

  2. Fireworks:
    Fireworks and other explosives are not allowed in the park.

     

  3. Behaviour:
    Disruptive behaviour, including excessive noise, vandalism, or
    harassment, will not be tolerated. Guests engaging in such behaviour may be asked to leave without a refund.

     

  4. Emergency Procedures:
    In case of emergency, contact park staff immediately. Emergency contact information and procedures are posted at the main office.
